My Journey Into Sales
Winning doesn’t have a secret formula. It’s quite simple, actually.
Learn the fundamentals, practice every day.
This is what I learned throughout my life. I first discovered it while playing baseball. I played since I was 5, and it was my passion all the way to early adulthood. In those formative years, I learned lessons I’ve carried over into every part of my life.
Failure is Necessary
The big one? Failure is part of the process, and you have to fall in love with the process. When you come up to the plate in baseball, if you’re excellent, you fail over 73% of the time. Reframing failure as a learning opportunity rather than a hurdle is important to any success.
Baseball also gave me the discipline I needed to understand how to win. Loving the process is the same mentality that defines how I build and scale sales teams. I learned that you have to put your team in the right position to win. Playing someone out of position in baseball can disrupt the team’s chemistry. That’s why I put a huge emphasis on building sales teams the same way. In fact, training and building the team are central to my service.
Applying the Fundamentals
The next phase of my life taught me what it took to build long-lasting success.
At 23 years old, I rented a small, old contractor’s showroom
in Binghamton, NY, to start taking on a few personal training clients. As time went on, I applied what I learned in baseball, turning Stupski Fitness into a full-service boutique gym with
a full-time staff. I scaled into a multi–6-figure business grossing $500K+ per year. I built sales systems & scripts that drove consistent conversion. Implemented retention systems to lower churn, raise lifetime value, and identify upsell opportunities.
In 2020, I was able to sell Stupski Fitness while transitioning to a new position
At Gym Launch as Lead Business Coach. Within 6 months, under the mentorship of Alex Hormozi, I was promoted to Coaching Team Lead, overseeing operations, strategy, and execution of the entire coaching department.
That experience is what gave me the confidence and know-how to form RapidSales. I’ve helped companies go from $15K–$20K per month to $278K/month in just over a year. I don’t just give you a playbook and leave. I come in, build new processes, put your salespeople in a position to win, and allow leaders to take a step back from being on the frontlines.
Falling in Love With the Process
My commitment to the fundamentals has allowed
me to build my dream life. I live a quiet, faith-driven family life in Texas. When I’m not wrangling sales,
I’m wrangling steers as a team roper. That
experience has reaffirmed the values I think are
essential for success: Discipline, teamwork, and
falling in love with the process.
I’ll help you build the foundation for success
with those fundamentals, making sure your
team is in the best position to make an
impact.
You don’t need sales coaching; you need
a revenue strategy.
Let’s collaborate on it together.
Values I Live and Lead By
Over the years, I’ve learned that real success isn’t just about building a thriving business; it’s about building a life that means something. My approach to business, leadership, and growth is guided by a few core values that shape every decision I make and every client I work with.

Faith Over Fear
My faith is the foundation of everything I do. It keeps me grounded, gives me clarity in the middle of chaos, and reminds me that the work I do is bigger than me. I believe business is one of the greatest platforms for service, a way to make an impact while honoring the gifts God gave us.

Discipline Over Motivation
Motivation fades. Discipline doesn’t. The difference between those who talk about results and those who achieve them is consistency in the fundamentals. I’ve built my life, my businesses, and my teams on doing the small things with excellence every single day.

Simplicity Over Complexity
Complexity kills execution. I believe the best systems, sales processes, and leadership principles are simple enough to understand and strong enough to scale. My goal is always clarity because when things are clear, people perform.

Ownership Over Excuses
Every result, good or bad, is a reflection of leadership. I believe in full accountability, no shortcuts, no blame, no hiding behind “circumstances.” True ownership creates freedom, and it’s the standard I expect of myself and every team I work with.

Service Over Status
I don’t believe in chasing clout or building brands for ego. I believe in serving clients, teams, and communities. When you lead with service and integrity, recognition

Progress Over Perfection
Perfection is a myth that keeps people stuck. Progress is what builds confidence. I teach leaders and teams to iterate, improve, and take action even when it’s not perfect because momentum beats hesitation every time.
